What motivated me to leave a long broadcasting career to enter the Financial Services field? In 1995, while managing the NBC Television affiliate in NE PA, Edward Boehne, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and a member of the Federal Open Market Committee under Alan Greenspan, Chairman of the Federal Reserve of the United States, invited me to serve a 3-year term on his Small Business & Agriculture Advisory Council at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. I was eventually appointed Chairman of that Council. This would plant the seeds for my career change in 2000.
Outside of work: I am craft beer nerd, a music aficionado and an amateur drummer.
